This endpoint has been deprecated and may be replaced or removed in future versions of the API.

Deprecated — use GET /v1/diagnostic/soh-reports to look up an existing diagnostic, and the webhook notification to receive a new one.

Submit a VIN and you get the existing diagnostic when the vehicle has already been measured, otherwise a pending one whose result reaches you by webhook. Calling this never triggers a measurement.
